Every order moves through the same four steps. We email you when we get your order and again when it's ready for pickup or ships, and you can check your order any time below.

| Step | What's happening |
|---|---|
| 1. Received | Your order is in the queue. |
| 2. Artwork in | We have your files. This is what starts the clock: rush orders with artwork in by 12 PM are ready in 2 business days. |
| 3. In production | Printing, stitching or engraving is under way. |
| 4. Ready | Pick up in Duluth or Lawrenceville, or your shipment is on the way with tracking. |
